Micomm Consulting was established in 2010 by Director Mitchell Innes to help organisations seeking communications and engagement activities which were directly linked to their corporate objectives.

Working outside the traditional parameters of communications, Micomm Consulting provides whole-of-business insight which is then transformed into strategy in the employee, project and external engagement space.

Micomm Consulting does not provide an off-the-shelf option for clients. Each strategy (including its implementation and resourcing), each training session or each communications plan is designed specifically with the individual client’s business and goals in mind.

There are three pillars to Micomm Consulting:

  1. Strategic Reputation Management – ensuring clients’ reputational objectives, activities and outcomes are matched to their business objectives through development and implementation of engagement strategy;
  2. Stakeholder Analysis and Consultation – practical engagement approaches and strategies to deliver legislative and/or policy requirements;
  3. Corporate Communications – internal and external stakeholder communications, media and investor relations plans, media training and crisis communications strategies to protect and enhance the reputation of clients.
